Mobility and Recovery Clinic

Last Wednesday I had the pleasure to make my way over to my favorite running store to partake in a Muscle Recovery and Mobility Clinic. Fleet Feet Sports in Vacaville is where I get all my running essentials and I couldn't ask for a better place to learn some new tips on taking care of my body pre/post workouts. 

Now I'm not going to lie, I'm not the best at getting all the proper recovery and mobility work in when I'm supposed to. After workouts I'm tired, hungry, and just want to lay on the floor for as long as possible. Liz, the store manager, showed me some new was to use my Addaday Ultra roller and also introduced me to the Roll Recovery R8. Now I have a new mobility tool to invest in and a goal to continue to get mobility in on a consistent basis. What type of recovery and mobility tools do you like to use pre and post workouts? I would love to know so I can check them out. Happy rolling.
