I was so tired and busy last week I didn't even get to post for every day. Already off to a bad start but I will make sure that this week I get in a post everyday. There are a lot of outside things that get in the way of what you ultimately want out of something. Running is no different in this aspect. This week will be all about those obstacles that come with being a student athlete as well as just being a person. Socially you have to be strong and make scarifices to get where you want to be if you plan on being a great athlete. Hope you are all ready for a great week of training! Lets have some fun.
