Summer Smoothie Recipe | Purple Crush
For the past couple weeks I have been obsessed with making smoothies as my snack right before dinner, or even making it with dinner. I tend to come home and want to jump in the shower since I am sweaty from practice. It's vital to eat within the 30min time window for proper recovery, so I make my shake before jumping in the shower. I have time to sip while getting my shower ready and it's a perfect in between. What are some of your favorite smoothie recipes?
Purple Crush Smoothie Recipe:
- 16oz Vanilla Almond Milk
- 6 Whole Frozen Strawberries
- 1 Handful Frozen Mango
- 1 Handful Frozen Blueberries
- Blend on medium speed until smooth
