DIY Last Minute Gift Ideas
We all have been there, where we are looking at the calendar and going "Oh I have 2 days to get presents!" I thought I'd share with you all some simple DIY last minute gifts. Some of them I've done and some I've found on Pinterest(of course).
DIY mugs are so fun! They are easy to do and customizable. You can put all types of goodies in the mug as well to complete the gift.
I love my melt bars! You can get all the info on my post about ideas for gifts.
My favorite winter scrub is an older DIY. I use this in my lips, and legs, and it's so moisturizing. You can package it in cute jars and put labels or bows on them.
Arm knitted scarf is such a fun thing to do. I made one for myself last winter and I always get so many compliments on it. I watched this video on Youtube and it literally only took me 45mins to complete. Now it really only takes me 25-30mins to complete of of these scarves. If you live in a cold city then this present will be loved dearly.
Last Christmas I was a little tight on money. As I am sure we have always been there. I wanted to get a gift for my brother's fiancé so I went to Jo-Ann Fabric and bought 2 yards of two different fabric. What's so great about Jo-Ann's is that they are always running promotions and have coupons. I didn't have a sewing machine at the time so I hand stitched it together. This blanket throw is such an awesome gift. My brother and his fiancé now keep it on their couch for whenever needed(cuddle sessions I'm guessing). If you want me to make an official DIY post for this please let me know. I can show you hand stitch and with a sewing machine.
